Because our courses provide immediate access to digital content, we have specific refund conditions outlined below.
1. Digital Course Refunds
Due to the nature of online learning, all course sales are final once access has been granted.
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Lack of time to complete the course
Not using or logging into the course
Personal circumstances unrelated to course quality
Issues caused by your device, internet, or technical setup
2. Exceptional Refund Consideration
A refund may be considered only in the case of a proven technical issue that prevents access to the course and cannot be resolved by our support team.
To request this, you must:
Contact us within 7 days of purchase
Provide proof of the issue (screenshots, device details, etc.)
Allow our team a fair chance to resolve the problem
If the issue is resolved, the refund will not apply.
3. No Refunds for Downloaded or Accessed Content
Once you have:
Logged into the course
Watched lessons
Downloaded materials
Accessed any paid content
The purchase becomes non-refundable.
4. Subscription or Membership Payments (If Applicable)
If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription:
You may cancel before the next billing cycle
Past payments are non-refundable
